03:49 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WM Technology ( MAPS ) said late Friday it received a notice from Nasdaq that it is not compliant with the exchange's listing rules for its failure to timely file its Q1 report on Form 10-Q and its continued delay in filing its 2023 annual report on Form 10-K.

The company previously received a non-compliance notice with respect to its annual report. It said it has been focusing its efforts on completing the annual report, which has delayed the completion of the quarterly report.

The company has until June 3 to submit a plan to cure the deficiency, subject to a potential extension of 180 days.

WM Technology ( MAPS ) said it plans to file the annual report "as soon as practicable."
