WNS Completes Sale to Capgemini

03:41 AM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WNS (WNS) said Friday its $3.3 billion sale to Capgemini has been completed.

WNS shares will no longer trade on the New York Stock Exchange, effective Friday, the company said.
