WNS Says its Acquisition by Capgemini Has Been Sanctioned by Royal Court of Jersey

07:52 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WNS (WNS) said Thursday that its application to be acquired by Capgemini through a scheme of arrangement has been sanctioned by the Royal Court of Jersey.

The company said it now expects the transaction to close on Oct. 17.

The merger was announced in July, under which Capgemini will acquire WNS for a cash consideration of $76.50 per share, totaling $3.3 billion, excluding WNS net financial debt.
