12:56 PM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WNS (WNS) unit HealthHelp said Monday it partnered with health information network Availity to streamline utilization management, expedite approvals, reduce provider administrative burden, and improve patient care.

HealthHelp's technology platform and specialty outpatient clinical guidelines will be integrated into Availity's utilization management system, which delivers near real-time decision recommendations based on codified medical policy and clinical documentation.

HealthHelp's fully delegated utilization management programs and clinical resources across multiple specialties will also be made available to Availity clients, the company added.

Shares of WNS were down nearly 4% in recent trading.
