03:41 AM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Woodside Energy Group ( WDS ) said late Tuesday it will delist from the London Stock Exchange due to low trading volumes.

The move will help reduce administration costs, and the last day of trading of Woodside shares on the London exchange will be Nov. 19, the company said.

The company will maintain its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange and its listing on the New York Stock Exchange, it said.
