Oct 23 (Reuters) - Australia's Woodside Energy ( WDS )

said on Thursday it had agreed to sell a 10% stake in the

liquefied natural gas project in Louisiana and an 80% interest

and operatorship of the Driftwood pipeline to U.S. firm Williams

for $250 million.
