Woodward Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

04:33 PM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Woodward (WWD) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted net income late Monday of $1.69 per diluted share, up from $1.62 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.61.

Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $883.6 million from $835.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $877.9 million.

In fiscal 2025, the company expects adjusted EPS the range of $5.95 to $6.25 on revenue of $3.375 billion to $3.5 billion versus previous projections of $5.85 to $6.25 on revenue of $3.3 billion to $3.5 billion

Analysts expect EPS of $6.17 on revenue of $3.4 billion.

Shares of the company rose 4.2% in after-hours trading.
