12:47 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Woodward (WWD) said Thursday that it agreed to a five-year maintenance, repair and overhaul services deal with Lufthansa Technik.

Lufthansa Technik provides maintenance and repair of critical fuel system components operating within fleets of various commercial airlines.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Woodward shares were up 2% in recent trading.
