05:34 PM EST, 01/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Woodward (WWD) said late Thursday it will wind down its on-highway natural gas truck business in China by the end of fiscal year 2026.

The business did not consistently contribute significantly to its overall performance, the company said, adding that the decision follows previous unsuccessful efforts to sell the business.

The company expects to incur cumulative pre-tax charges of approximately $20 million to $25 million in connection with this action, according to a regulatory filing.
