From face to face meetings to virtual meetings, the transition has been both drastic as well as dramatic. However, in a matter of only few days, all of us adapted to this new style of working. Meetings on Microsoft Teams has become the new norm.

Storyboard spoke to Samik Roy, country head of modern workplace at Microsoft India about how organisations are using MS Teams during the COVID-19 pandemic and how did they manage to meet this sudden surge in demand of their platform and what were the steps taken to make their platform more secure.
