09:30 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Workday (WDAY) said Tuesday it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Evisort, an artificial intelligence-powered document intelligence platform.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Workday said it expects the deal to close in its current Q3.

The deal would add AI-powered document management capabilities across the company's human resources and finance suite, according to Workday.
