04:47 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Workhorse Group ( WKHS ) said late Tuesday that its shareholders approved its merger with Motiv Electric Trucks at its annual meet.

The electric vehicle maker expects the transaction to close in the coming weeks, depending on closing conditions, including the entry into a new debt financing facility and approval from Nasdaq.

Shares of Workhorse rose around 1% in recent after-hours trading.
