Worksport Says COR Portable Energy System Can Serve as Range Extender for Tesla Model 3
Sep 11, 2024 10:13 AM

09:19 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Worksport ( WKSP ) said Wednesday that test data showed that its COR portable energy system can add about seven miles of range as a Level 1 power source for Tesla's (TSLA) Tesla Model 3.

Worksport ( WKSP ) said this development addresses range anxiety, which it called a key factor in broader adoption of electric vehicles.

The company said it will officially roll out the system with an alpha release iteration later this month.

Shares of Worksport ( WKSP ) were up 3.5% while Tesla was down 0.3% in premarket activity on Wednesday.
