The company has appointed Joe Phillips, and Derek White to the committee.

Phillips is a senior mining executive and corporate director. He has built 14 mining projects in 11 different jurisdictions. White brings more than three decades of experience in the mining and metals industry. Currently, he serves as a President and CEO of Ascot Resources (AOT.TO)., a position he has held for over six years.
