World Kinect Authorizes $200 Million Share Buyback; Keeps $0.17 per Share Quarterly Dividend

07:11 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- World Kinect ( WKC ) said Monday it has approved a new $200 million share repurchase authorization, in addition to a previously authorized $108 million remaining as of June 30.

The company also said it is maintaining a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on Oct. 16, shareholders as of Sept. 30.
