04:58 PM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- World Kinect ( WKC ) reported late Tuesday the extension of its $2 billion senior unsecured credit facility to November 2030.

The facility, which includes a revolving credit facility and a term loan, includes an extension option to November 2031, it said.

The company also said the amended facility includes improved pricing terms and expanded covenant flexibility.
