04:49 PM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- World Kinect ( WKC ) said Tuesday it has agreed to sell Avinode Group and its portfolio of aviation fixed-base operator software products to CAMP Systems International, a subsidiary of Hearst, for nearly $200 million in cash.

The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to occur within the next 60 days, World Kinect ( WKC ) said.

The company's shares rose more than 4% in after-hours trading.
