Worthington Enterprises Names Joseph Hayek as CEO, Colin Souza as CFO

05:05 PM EDT, 10/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Worthington Enterprises ( WOR ) said Tuesday it appointed Joseph Hayek as its chief executive officer, starting Nov. 1.

Hayek will replace Andy Rose, who is retiring, the company said.

Hayek is currently working as executive vice president and chief financial and operations officer at Worthington Enterprises ( WOR ), it added.

The company also named Colin Souza as chief financial officer, starting Nov. 1, Worthington Enterprises ( WOR ) said.

Souza is currently working as vice president of finance at Worthington Enterprises ( WOR ), according to the company.
