Worthington Steel Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Sales Rise

04:37 PM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Worthington Steel ( WS ) posted fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.99 per diluted share, up from $0.17 a year ago.

One analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.80.

Net sales for the quarter ended Feb. 29 was $805.8 million, up from $780.7 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected $664.8 million.

Shares of the company rose about 2.8% in after-hours trading.
