10:25 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- W.R. Berkley (WRB) established an Embedded Solutions division to deliver tailored insurance products and services to customers at the point of purchase.

Stephanie Lloyd was named president of the new business, starting immediately, the company said Monday in a statement.

Lloyd was chief executive officer of Zurich-based LiveWell.

The new business will combine "digital-first insurance products and complementary services with Berkley's strong underwriting culture and reach," according to the statement.
