02:07 PM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wrap Technologies ( WRAP ) said Friday it has received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on time.

In April, the firm also got a noncompliance notice because it has not yet filed its annual report on Form 10-K for 2023.

The company said it has until June 17 to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance.

Shares of the company were down about 3.4% in recent trading.
