09:57 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wrap Technologies ( WRAP ) said Wednesday it has received a notice from the Nasdaq stock market it remains out of compliance with listing rules.
The most recent Nasdaq notice informed the company it failed to file a Form 10-Q quarterly report for the six months ended June 30 by the specified deadline earlier this month. In May, it received a notice it failed to file a 10-Q quarterly report for the three months ended March 31, and in April, the company failed to file its annual report on form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023.
The company submitted plans with Nasdaq regulators detailing how it expected to regain compliance with filing rules by Aug. 30, although Wrap Technologies ( WRAP ) said Wednesday it likely will seek an extension through Oct. 14 to complete work on its outstanding reports. The company now has to submit an update to its plan to regain compliance by Sept. 3. The notice has no immediate effect on the company's common stock listing on Nasdaq, the company noted.
Wrap Technology ( WRAP ) shares were up 1% in recent early Wednesday trading.
