(Reuters) -The Writers Guild of America, which represents screenwriters and newsroom staffers, said it will oppose a deal combining Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) and Warner Bros Discovery ( WBD ), Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing an emailed statement from the guild.
