04:24 AM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- W&T Offshore ( WTI ) said Monday that it plans to offer $350 million of senior second lien notes due 2029 in a private offering.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds, along with cash on hand, primarily to buy its outstanding 11.75% senior second lien notes due 2026 and to repay outstanding amounts under the term loan provided by Munich Re Risk Financing.
