08:56 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wyndham Hotels & Resorts ( WH ) said Monday it has signed a 10-year agreement with residential hospitality management company Reside to introduce five residence-style hotels in the US.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The deal will inaugurate the Wyndham Residence tier, with a focus on expanding the service throughout the top 50 markets in the country, Wyndham added.

Shares of the company were up 1.7% in recent Monday premarket activity.
