04:20 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wynn Resorts ( WYNN ) disclosed late Thursday a deal to acquire Crown London (Aspinalls), a members-only casino in London's upscale Mayfair district, expanding its European footprint.

The company said the planned purchase, whose financial details were not disclosed, will precede the opening of the Wynn Al Marjan Island at Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates in Q1 2027.

The purchase subject to regulatory approvals is likely in H2 2025.
