05:37 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xcel Brands ( XELB ) said late Wednesday it has filed its delayed Form 10-K report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, with Nasdaq on the same day.

The company said it received a non-compliance notice from the bourse on May 22, indicating that the company remains delinquent in filing its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31.

Xcel Brands ( XELB ) said it intends to file the delinquent Form 10-Q on or prior to June 30 and regain compliance with the Nasdaq continued listing requirements.

Shares of the company were up 9% in recent after-hours activity.
