04:19 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XCF Global ( SAFX ) and Continual Renewable Ventures said Wednesday they have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to launch New Rise Australia, a joint venture dedicated to the development and sales of synthetic aviation fuel projects in Australia.

New Rise is expected to operate under a licensing agreement to use XCF's synthetic aviation fuel platform, the company said.
