05:06 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- X-Energy said Wednesday it is launching a roadshow for an initial public offering of nearly 42.9 million shares of its Class A common stock.

The IPO price is expected to be between $16.00 and $19.00 a share, the company said.

Underwriters will be given a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 6.4 million shares, X-energy said.

The shares have been approved for listing under the ticker XE on Nasdaq, the company said.
