Xenia Hotels & Resorts Prices Upsized $400 Million Notes Offering

05:47 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xenia Hotels & Resorts ( XHR ) operating partnership XHR priced its $400 million offering of 6.625% senior notes due May 15, 2030, at 100% of face value, the company said late Tuesday.

The offering was upsized from $365 million and is expected to close on Nov. 25.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds, together with borrowings from its credit facility, to fully redeem its outstanding 6.375% senior notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes.
