Xenia Hotels & Resorts Q1 Adjusted FFO Increases, Revenue Declines

05:11 AM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xenia Hotels & Resorts ( XHR ) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.44 per diluted share, up from $0.40 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.33.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $267.5 million, compared with about $269 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $258.4 million.

The company revised its full-year forecast for adjusted funds from operations per share to between $1.61 and $1.76 from the previous range of $1.59 to $1.78 per share. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.59.
