Xenia Hotels & Resorts Q2 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise; 2025 FFO Guidance Raised

07:31 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xenia Hotels & Resorts ( XHR ) reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations Friday of $0.57 per diluted share, up from $0.52 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.48.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $287.6 million, up from $272.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $273.3 million.

The company now projects 2025 adjusted FFO of $1.66 to $1.80 per share, compared with the prior outlook of $1.50 to $1.75 per share.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.63.

Shares of the real estate investment trust were 2.4% higher in premarket trading.
