03:05 PM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xerox (XRX) said Monday it has priced its tender offers for any and all of its 3.800% senior notes due 2024 and up to $362 million of its 5.000% senior notes due 2025.

The principal amount outstanding is $300 million for the 2024 notes and $750 million for the 2025 notes.

The company said total consideration payable will be $997.23 for senior notes due 2024 and $989.49 for senior notes due 2025 per $1,000 principal amount of each series of notes.
