04:08 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xerox (XRX) said Tuesday it will transfer its operations in Peru and Ecuador to PBS Group, the company's partner in Central and South America.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The deal is expected to close in Q2, pending approval from the Ecuadorian competition authority.

Xerox said employees in both countries will move to PBS Group, and the new companies will operate independently.
