Xerox's Acquisition of Lexmark Approved by European Commission

07:15 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xerox's (XRX) acquisition of Lexmark International was approved by the European Commission, the regulator said Wednesday.

The commission said the merger would not raise competition concerns in the printer market because there are "sufficient alternative suppliers in the markets" where the two companies' activities overlap.
