Acquisition Strengthens Xylem Tree Experts' Position Across the Southeast

NORFOLK, Va., Oct. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- XKIG, a national leader in critical infrastructure services for the power and gas utility sectors, announced today the acquisition of Thomas Contracting, a highly respected provider of vegetation management and utility line clearance services across Tennessee. Thomas Contracting will operate as part of XKIG subsidiary Xylem Tree Experts.
