XMax Reports $5 Million Convertible Note Financing

05:30 PM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XMax ( XWIN ) said late Monday it has struck a deal to issue a $5 million convertible promissory note at 6% interest per annum to Billiongold Holding.

The note matures 36 months after funding, and is convertible into shares at $7.80 per share, the company said.
