09:43 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XOMA Royalty ( XOMA ) said Monday it has closed its tender offer to buy all outstanding shares of Turnstone Biologics ( TSBX ) for $0.34 per share in cash, plus one non-tradeable contingent value right.

The tender offer and linked withdrawal rights expired one minute after 11:59 pm ET on Thursday, XOMA said, adding nearly 17.2 million shares of Turnstone were tendered, representing about 74% of the outstanding shares.

After the close of the tender offer, XOMA merged Turnstone with and into Xoma's unit XRA 3, it said.

Turnstone shares will be delisted from Nasdaq, XOMA said.
