Xometry Plans $225 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering

04:47 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xometry ( XMTR ) said late Monday it plans to offer $225 million of convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private placement to institutional buyers.

The company said it will offer initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $25 million of the notes.
