04:49 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xometry ( XMTR ) said Tuesday it priced a private placement of $225 million of 0.75% convertible senior unsecured notes due June 15, 2030, for about $217 million in expected net proceeds.

Initial purchasers have a 13-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional $25 million of the notes.

The company expects the offering to close Thursday and plans to use the net proceeds to help pay the roughly $15.7 million cost of certain capped call transactions, among other things.
