XORTX Announces Change of Effective Date of Share Consolidation

04:52 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- XORTX Therapeutics ( XRTX ) said after Thursday's close it delayed its one-for-five share consolidation to April 6 from March 27, subject to required approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange and Nasdaq.

Shares of the company closed down $0.13 to $0.51 on TSX Venture Exchange.
