11:59 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- XPeng ( XPEV ) said Wednesday the Tianji XOS 5.2 in-car operating system is now available to all eligible XPeng ( XPEV ) electric vehicle models globally.

The operating system offers 484 feature upgrades, the company said, adding that global Xpeng ( XPEV ) owners can upgrade their in-car OS over-the-air.

XPeng ( XPEV ) also said it will upgrade its XNGP advanced driver assistance technology to "highly usable" in China from "available nationwide," achieving full-scale availability in the country with no restrictions on cities, routes, or road conditions.

The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
