Xperi Shares Gain After Board Authorizes Up to $100 Million Stock Repurchase Program

11:09 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xperi ( XPER ) shares rose more than 7% in recent trading activity Monday after the company said its board has authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million of its common shares.

The buyback program has no time limit and is expected to be funded from cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments and/or future cash flows, the company said in a regulatory filing.
