09:03 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xperi Holding (XPER) said Tuesday that proxy advisory firm Egan-Jones Ratings has recommended shareholders to vote for all of the company's director nominees ahead of the company's annual shareholder meeting.

A "change in leadership is unwarranted as it would disrupt the transformation that is currently underway," Egan-Jones said, according to Xperi ( XPER ).

Egan-Jones' recommendation mirrors other major proxy advisors Glass Lewis and Institutional Shareholder Services, Xperi ( XPER ) said.
