Xponential Fitness CEO Mark King to Retire

10:24 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) said Thursday that Chief Executive Mark King has notified the board about his intention to retire due to health reasons.

The company's board is carrying out a succession planning process, Xponential said, adding that King will remain as CEO throughout the search period until his retirement.

Shares of Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) were down more than 19% in recent trading.
