Xponential Fitness Divests CycleBar, Rumble to Extraordinary Brands

12:09 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) said Monday that it has completed its divestiture of CycleBar and Rumble to Extraordinary Brands.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.

The company said it will work with Extraordinary Brands to facilitate the transition for the franchisees of CycleBar and Rumble.

Shares of Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) were up more 1% in recent early trading.
