Xponential Fitness Names Mark King CEO -- Shares Rise

10:40 AM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) said Monday that its board has named Mark King chief executive.

The company said Brenda Morris will cease serving as its interim CEO, effective Monday, but will continue to serve as a director.

King, who will also join the company's board, most recently served as CEO of Taco Bell, Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) said.

The company's shares rose 24% in recent trading.
