Xponential Fitness Shares Rise Pre-Bell After SEC Ends Probe Without Action

09:14 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Xponential Fitness ( XPOF ) shares were up 21% in premarket trading Thursday after the company said in a regulatory filing late Wednesday that the US Securities and Exchange Commission concluded its probe of the company without taking any action.

The company said it has fully cooperated with the investigation over the past 18 months.
