XPO's Board Approves New $750 Million Share Repurchase Program

07:04 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XPO (XPO) said Thursday that its board of directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $750 million in common stock, effective immediately.

This replaces XPO's previous share repurchase program, which was authorized in February 2019 and had $503 million of capacity remaining.
