The company said it maintains substantial cash reserves, which positions it to continue to buy TAO and expand its presence in the Bittensor ecosystem.

"xTAO's validator continues to be one of the leading validators on the Bittensor network," said the company in a statement. "The Company is actively staking its TAO holdings to the Bittensor root network."

Shares of the company closed down 8.4% to $0.76 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
